All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Every bottle is mixed by hand, so colour, scent strength and texture vary a little from batch to batch, and the photographs show one batch of many. That variation is the handmade part, not a defect.

When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. This means we've received your order and charged your payment method. If we're unable to fulfill any part of your order, we'll contact you and refund that portion.

Orders ship within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery times depend on the customer's location and the carrier, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

If something's wrong with an order — damaged in shipping, wrong item, or a quality issue — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Wholesale pricing and terms are available to approved accounts only. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend wholesale accounts at our discretion. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be publicly shared.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Violet Mae Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
